Summer Meet on Sunday. What date works best?

So I am working out the details and was wondering when we can get the most members to attend the COSRTOC summer meet.

It will be a very fun day with a combination car show with prizes, go cart racing, mini golf, video games, laser tag and perhaps we can do a cruise afterwards.

So I really need everyone's input on the best date.

The only stipulation is this MUST happen on a SUNDAY.

For me.....either the 19th or the 2nd will work.....the weekend of the 26th will be out of town.

The plans sound great and looking forward to it.

Well I voted for the 26th, but the August date works too for me because my birthday is on the 19th and I already have plans..

If it's on a Sunday, it's a 99.5% chance that I will not be able to come. Saturdays work much better for most events, for many different reasons. Traveling on a Sunday often presents its own problems, as it seems that is the time you will have trouble, and many shops/stores/services will be closed. Pretty risky for folks like me, who have to come in a long ways.

So far it seems like Sunday August 2nd is the best bet with the most votes.

It also gives plenty of advance notice for planning.

I'm gonna wait until Sunday the 21st and whatever date has the most votes is the day I'll schedule the Summer Meet at Boondocks for.

Can I change my vote to the 1st option? The 2nd is the cummins truck fest at bandi and I made plans to be there a few weeks ago. Completely spaced it out. Please people lets vote for the 1st date.
